Soluna is built on modern cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. Access to systems containing your information is restricted on a least-privilege basis and logged for audit purposes.

Any third-party vendor that processes your information on our behalf is contractually bound to protect it and use it only to provide the service.

We maintain audit logging of access to sensitive data and monitor for anomalous account activity, including unusual login patterns or access volume.

If you believe you've found a security vulnerability in our systems, please report it to security@solunaone.com. We take all reports seriously and will respond promptly.

Security is shared. Use a strong, unique password for your Soluna account, and avoid accessing your account on shared or public devices.
